What you can contact us about
- Questions about the CBT practice, such as trouble starting a mock exam, scores not saving or a question that won’t load.
- Corrections. If an answer, explanation, date or requirement on the site looks wrong, send us the page link and what you think is incorrect. We check every report against official sources.
- Guide requests. Tell us which JAMB, WAEC, NECO or admission topic you’d like us to cover.
- Schools and teachers who want to use JambSmartPrep with their students.
- Partnerships and advertising enquiries.

What we can’t help with
We are not JAMB, WAEC or NECO. We can’t change your registration details, fix your exam centre, release or upgrade results, or reprint result slips. For those, contact the examination body directly through its official website or offices.
We will never ask you for money to “upgrade” a score or for your JAMB profile password. Anyone claiming to do this on our behalf is a scammer.
